Group Therapeutic Programmes

Structured, session-by-session programmes delivered to small groups of 4–8 students. Each course is cumulative — building skills and insight week by week.

02

Evidence-Based Frameworks

All programmes are grounded in CBT and ACT — clinically validated approaches, adapted for in-school group delivery with young people.

03

Measurable Impact

Pre and post standardised measures on every course. You get scored impact data for your records, your SENCO, and Ofsted.

Mainstream schools & SEMH settings.

Our programmes are designed to work in both environments — adapting delivery style and grouping to what your students need.

Mainstream Schools

For students in mainstream primary and secondary settings who are showing early signs of SEMH difficulty, or who have been identified as vulnerable by pastoral or SENCO teams. We integrate into your existing support structure without disrupting the school day.

SEMH Settings

For specialist SEMH schools and alternative provision where students have complex, identified social, emotional and mental health needs. Our practitioners have direct experience working in SEMH environments and adapt delivery accordingly.

Specialist SEMH Alternative Provision Complex Needs Small Groups

Delivered by specialists with real experience in schools.

All Grounded Youth programmes are delivered by SEMH-specialist practitioners with hands-on experience working with young people in both mainstream and specialist settings. We don't send consultants — we send people who have been in the room.

Qualifications

CBT-trained and ACT-informed practitioners, working toward or holding BABCP / BACP accreditation and under active clinical supervision.

School Experience

Direct experience as HLTAs, therapists, and group facilitators in both specialist SEMH schools and mainstream secondary settings.

Safeguarding

All practitioners are Enhanced DBS checked and trained in safeguarding. We work within your school's existing DSL structure.

Supervision & Governance

All clinical work is conducted under supervision. We follow GDPR-compliant record-keeping and provide full session documentation.

🤝

We work alongside your team — not instead of them

Grounded Youth practitioners integrate with your SENCO, pastoral leads, and DSL. We provide the clinical delivery. You stay in control of who we see, when we see them, and how we feed back to you.

Structured courses for the issues schools see most.

Each programme is a standalone 6-week course, designed to be delivered repeatedly to new groups throughout the year.
